Manama, Bahrain, January 28th , 2008

Orbit TV and Radio Network, the leading pay TV network in the Middle East and North Africa, is pleased to announce that it will air the immensely anticipated boxing match “Now or Never” live on February 2nd at 15:00KSA, exclusively on TV MAX.

What happens when two fierce opposites clash in the ring? An epic boxing match of skill versus strength, Z ‘the Dream’ Gorres dukes it out against Vic ‘Raging Bull’ Darchinyan. This is Gorres’ second chance in the spotlight, the top Filipino boxer who uses his technical mastery to out-score his rivals. In the other corner, Darchinyan is a veteran boxer from ‘down under’. He relies largely on his power to pound his opponent into the canvass, and what he lacks in defense, he makes up for in sheer force.

This is sure to be an electrifying match; Darchinyan is an older fighter with tones of boxing experience under his belt. Defending his International Boxing Federation title on numerous occasions, the ‘Raging Bull’ has a solid reputation but he does not have the defensive skills that Gorres has. Ever since Donaire shamed him, Darchinyan has sought to redeem himself. What better way to win redemption than to beat the leading Filipino boxer?

This adrenaline-pumping event will be held at CEBU Waterfront Hotel and Casino on Gorres’ turf in the Philippines. Picture the aggression, feel the tension, taste the victory!

Now of Never: Gorres vs. Darchinyan will air LIVE on February 2nd at 15:00KSA on Orbit’s TVMAX Channel 93, with at 2000KSA and 0100KSA. Order early, before Wednesday, January 30th and save! So place your order—it’s now or never!

Al Obaidallah added: “I highly recommend people to go to the Orbit website; it always has amazing competitions like this with fabulous prizes – like the African wildlife safari the three of us just won!”
