The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has concluded the first stage of its Strategy Document for the coming five years (2008-2013).

The four-level Strategy, incorporates the prudent leadership’s vision of achieving better performance and offering more innovative and distinguished services.

Lining with Dubai’s Strategic Plan, MRSE’s strategy aims at combining the efforts of various governmental entities and ensuring a common framework for them to give support for human resources, productivity, sciences and technology, institutional systems, and the best international governance practices.

The MRHS’s Strategy rallies with Dubai’s Strategic Plan which covers four key arenas: economic development, government development, infrastructure and development of remote areas.

MRHE has organized a special workshop for setting up this document which handles the Establishment’s vision, mission, values and objectives. The MRHE’s staff have been involved in this task by giving them the opportunity to express their views through a special platform.

Stage two of MRHE’s Strategy will focus on defining the Establishment’s strategic goals. It will be followed by a third stage to set its operational programmes, and then a fourth and last one to determine the institutional performance indices. Commenting on this Strategy, Mr. Sami Gargash, Deputy Managing Director of MRHE, said: “In MRHE, we are keen to adopt innovative approaches and achieve the highest levels of distinction in our services. MRHF is a key government establishment in Dubai, as it is always in direct contact with the nationals who are in need for its services, including housing loans, plots and houses allocations and others.”

“Customers’ satisfaction is a prime objective MRHE is seeking to achieve by encouraging staff to deal with customers with courtesy, kindness and transparency to reflect the civilized imag of the Establishment and to fulfill its targeted vision.” He added.
