Mr Sami Gargash, the Deputy Managing Director of MBRHE, presented the new initiative at a series of meetings with departmental heads and employees from the following departments; front desk employees, donations, housing loans, maintenance engineers, social studies and additionally customer care, secretarial staff, reception and the MRHE call centre.
