Skiba, CAE. “This is one of the most coveted honors we bestow, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving than Jeevan. The award is a testament to the growing professionalism in the community management industry in Dubai and throughout the United Arab Emirates. His personal recognition reflects Emaar’s unwavering commitment to education and training for community managers in Dubai and throughout the United Arab Emirates.”

It is the first time in the 41-year history of CAI that the coveted honor has been bestowed on a non-American and non-resident of the US for bringing international best practices in community management to Dubai and the Middle East.

D’Mello was selected from over 33,000 members of CAI from over 61 chapters globally including in Australia, Canada, South Africa, UK and the UAE. Named as CAI’s ‘Rising Star’ three years ago, D’Mello is a commissioner on the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.
